Return & Refund Policy
Our policy is valid for 7 days from the date your order is delivered. Unfortunately, we cannot offer any refunds or exchanges after this period.
To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition as when received. Any changes in condition, including wear or damage not present upon delivery, will result in a rejected refund request.
We only accept returns and refunds in the following cases:
The item has a defect not stated in the product description, or
You received the wrong item.
Please note that all our items are used or preloved, and minor stains or flaws that we deem unnoticeable or that do not affect the overall appearance will not be eligible for return or refund. We do our best to inspect every item and provide accurate descriptions so you can shop with confidence.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are only accepted if you received the wrong item. In such cases, we will cover the return postage costs, and the correct item will be shipped to you once we receive the return.
